Spaghetti Vongole











Spaghetti Vongole

Ingredients (serving size 2): Spaghetti (200g or 7 oz), 20 Fresh clams, 4 pieces of Garlic, Dried Chilis, Italian Parsley.

Sauce Ingredients: Olive Oil (4 TB), White Wine ( 1/4 cup), a small amount of Salt and Pepper.

Wash Clams and cut Garlics and Dried Chiles like the picture.


1. Boil the water.

2. Add Olive Oil(1T) and a small amount of Salt

3. Add and boil Spaghetti for about 8 to 10 minutes.


1. Spread Olive Oil (3T) on a hot pan.

4. Cook Garlics and Dried Chilis lightly.


1. Add Clams and cook lightly.

2. Add White Wine (1/4 cup), cover the pan, and let it evaporate.


1. When Clams start open their mouths, Add Spaghetti (200 g or 7 oz).

2. Season Spaghetti with a small amount of Salt and Pepper.


Add Italian Parsley and cook lightly.


Your Spaghetti Vongole is already done !
