Bacon Wrapped Asparagus




Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

Ingredients: Asparagus, Bacon, Swiss or Mozzarella Cheese, Flour, Bread crumbs, Egg


1. Wash, trim, and cut asparagus spears. Then, parboil Asparagus for about 3 minutes in boiling water.

2. Wrap Cheese and Bacon around each asparagus spear, leaving tip and end exposed.



Cover Bacon Wrapped Asparagus with Flour – Stirred Egg – Bread Crumbs in order.

Then, you can either fry them in the oil or bake them in the oven. It would look better if you fry them, but it would be healthier if you bake them ! So, I’d recommed you to bake them in the oven ( 12 minutes in 200 C or 390 F or till golden brown).


Delicious Bacon Wrapped Asparagus is already ready ! You can enjoy this with a dipping sauce that you like !
